Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies on our Site. These technologies are placed by us and by our third-party advertising and analytics partners. Below is a description of the categories of tracking technologies we deploy:
Essential Cookies
Required for the Site to function. They enable core functionality such as session management and security. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Site.
Analytics
Google Analytics (Google LLC): We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our Site, including which pages are visited most, how long users stay, and how they navigate. Google Analytics may set cookies on your browser and collects data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is sent to Google and processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising and Marketing Pixels
We use a broad suite of advertising technologies to run, measure, and optimise our marketing campaigns. These include, but are not limited to:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): Tracks website events (page views, reservations, purchases) to measure ad performance on Facebook and Instagram, and to build custom audiences for retargeting. Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Google Ads / Google Tag Manager: Conversion tracking and remarketing via Google's advertising network. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- TikTok Pixel (TikTok Inc.): Tracks conversions and enables retargeting on TikTok's advertising platform.
- Snapchat Pixel (Snap Inc.): Conversion tracking and audience building on Snapchat.
- Pinterest Tag (Pinterest, Inc.): Conversion tracking and audience targeting on Pinterest.
- Twitter/X Pixel (X Corp.): Conversion tracking on the X advertising platform.
- Other advertising platforms: We may add additional third-party advertising pixels or SDKs from time to time. Where we do, those providers' privacy policies govern how they handle data collected through their technologies.
These technologies may collect your IP address, browser fingerprint, advertising identifiers, and information about your interactions with our Site. This data may be combined with other data these companies have collected about you from other sources.
Google Fonts
Our Site loads font files from Google's servers. This causes your browser to send your IP address to Google. We have no control over Google's use of this data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Note that disabling certain cookies may impair Site functionality. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through:
- Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Opt-Out
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) Opt-Out
- Your Online Choices (EU)
Opting out of advertising cookies does not remove advertising; it means the ads you see will be less targeted to your interests.
04
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation. However, we do share personal data with third parties in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We share information with companies that perform services on our behalf, including:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, USPS, local postal services) — order fulfilment and delivery
- Email service providers — transactional and marketing email delivery
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers
These providers are contractually required to use your information only to perform services for us and to maintain appropriate security safeguards.
Advertising Partners
We share certain data (such as hashed email addresses, pixel events, and website activity) with our advertising partners — including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, and other platforms — for the purpose of running targeted advertising campaigns, measuring ad performance, and building lookalike audiences. This sharing may constitute "sharing" or "selling" of personal information under certain US state privacy laws (including CCPA). See Section 7 for your opt-out rights.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

If 1337 Adventures LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Site of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
With Your Consent
We may share your information for any other purpose with your prior consent.
05
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:
- Order and transaction records: retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
- Warranty records: retained for the duration of the warranty period plus 1 year
- Email marketing lists: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Analytics data: retained per the default retention settings of each analytics platform (typically 14 months for Google Analytics)

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. If we cannot delete it immediately (e.g., data stored in backup systems), we isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Because we share data with advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) for targeted advertising purposes, this may constitute "sharing" under CCPA. Children's Privacy
Our Site and products are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 09
Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and using reputable third-party processors with their own security certifications.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms and our payment processor. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.
11
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will post the revised Policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes that significantly affect how we use or share your personal information, we will provide more prominent notice (such as an email notification or a banner on the Site).
Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
12

If you opt in on our waitlist or forms, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (the exact opt-in language shown, the date and time, and your IP address) to send you SMS and/or WhatsApp messages you requested — such as restock alerts and order updates.
To deliver these messages we share your number with our messaging providers, Twilio and, for WhatsApp, the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), who process it only to send the messages you asked for. We do not sell your phone number, and text-messaging opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or BAJA) to any message, or by emailing us. We keep a suppression record of opted-out numbers so we don't message them again. Your consent is a separate, revocable choice and is never required to purchase. See the Messaging Program Terms for full details.
