The honest answers.

$50 holds a numbered unit in the colour you pick, at the $499 list price instead of $549. Pay the $449 balance any time, at the latest by Wednesday, November 18 at 10:00 ET, and we build in number order. It is refundable in full until your Neon ships; a balance not paid by the 18th is refunded automatically.

We build in batches of 30 numbered units across the four colours, by hand, in order. When a batch fills, the next one opens. These are the last batches of 2026: orders close on Sunday, December 6.

Not built in. It plays through the headphone jack, like the original: wired, offline, nothing to pair. Want wireless? Add the Bluetooth adapter at checkout: it plugs into the dock connector and sends your music to Bluetooth headphones or a speaker. There's a USB-C adapter too, for charging and syncing with a USB-C cable. Nothing inside is changed, and you can unplug either one.

Two years on the build, from the day it arrives. Cancel any time before it ships for a full refund.

Batches are built in order, so the earlier your number, the sooner it ships: about two to three weeks from launch for the first batches. You get an email at each stage, and tracking the day it leaves. We ship to US addresses only.
